# Media Kit Checklist

Use this before sending outreach or publishing press materials.

## Accuracy Checks

- Confirm phone and email match the contact page.
- Confirm owner name and legal business name are current.
- Confirm service area wording matches live site pages.
- Confirm package names and event categories match current navigation.
- Confirm all links in the release and press kit open correctly.

## Asset Checks

- Provide at least one logo on light backgrounds and one on dark backgrounds.
- Include 3-5 event photos with clean captions.
- Confirm photo usage permission and any required credit line.
- Avoid compressing logos into low-resolution screenshots.

## Message Checks

- Keep pricing language as quote-based unless specific rates are approved.
- Keep setup/timeline statements aligned with FAQ guidance.
- Use only approved boilerplate text.
- Keep mission language consistent with About page voice.

## Distribution Checks

- Include one plain-text email version and one attached PDF/Doc version.
- Add local keyword context in the headline or subheadline (Bolivar, Springfield, Southwest Missouri).
- Include direct booking link and contact info in every version.
- Save a final copy of what was sent for future reference.
