The experience

A shared activity for colleagues, clients, and new conversations.

At a trade show, a golf simulator gives guests a reason to stop, take a swing, and begin a conversation. For client hospitality or customer appreciation, it can be a relaxed activity alongside food and conversation. At a company party or employee event, colleagues can try a friendly challenge together without everyone needing a golf background.

Tell us about the group and the busiest part of your event. We can discuss quick closest-to-the-pin attempts, casual play, or a team challenge that fits the schedule. The number of guests who can play depends on the length of each turn and the time available. Our event-capacity guide can help you explore those options as your plans develop.

  1. Find the right spot.

We will review the playing area, overhead clearance, power access, surface, guest approach, and load-in path with you. The mobile simulator venue checklist helps your venue contact gather those details.

  2. Fit play around your schedule.

Share when guests are most likely to play, along with presentations, meal service, exhibitor hours, or employee shift changes. Those details help shape a realistic schedule for the simulator.

  3. Choose casual play or a challenge.

Decide whether guests drop in for a quick attempt, return for more swings, or join a scheduled team competition. For a contest, agree on scoring and tie-break rules before play begins.

  4. Share your logo and sponsor plans.

If you want logos or sponsor material on a display, share approved files during quoting so we can confirm the right package. Plan any leaderboard updates and winner announcements around your event schedule.

Choose your package

Eagle gives guests more to watch and your team more support.

Eagle starts at $850 and is the usual fit for client events, trade shows, and events with sponsor recognition. It includes a two-person event team, the Event Recap Collection, and exactly two large event displays: one supports Presentation View for a host-managed leaderboard and sponsor or logo presentation, while the other provides local Spectator View so guests can follow gameplay.

For a simpler internal gathering, Birdie starts at $450 with the hosted simulator experience and optional enhancements. We can help you choose based on your audience, venue, schedule, and whether separate displays would be useful.

Choose the format

Quick turns for a trade show. Team play for a company gathering.

A closest-to-the-pin challenge gives guests a simple goal and can keep turns short during a busy trade show. The closest-to-the-pin planning guide covers attempt limits, fair rules, tie-breakers, standings, and announcing the winner.

For an employee gathering, individual attempts or team scores can give colleagues a shared challenge. Use the corporate team-building guide to compare formats and consider timing, scoring, and any event media you want. You can also bring an initial idea to the quote and work through the details with us.

Business event FAQ

Common questions about your event rental.

Which corporate events are the strongest fit?

Trade shows, client hospitality, customer appreciation events, employee gatherings, and sponsor-supported events can all be a fit. Quick challenges work well for guests stopping by a booth; casual play or a scheduled competition can suit a company gathering. We confirm the format with your venue and schedule in mind.

How many guests can participate during our event?

The number of guests who can play depends on your booked play time, the length of each turn, and the format. Share your expected guest count and busiest period so we can discuss a realistic rotation. Total event attendance is not the same as simulator capacity.

How should sponsor visibility be planned?

Tell us how you want to recognize sponsors and share approved logos or materials during quoting. Eagle includes Presentation View for a host-managed leaderboard and sponsor or logo presentation, plus a separate local Spectator View for gameplay.

What venue information is needed?

Start with your date, venue or city, and expected guest count. We will then work through the venue address, playing area, overhead clearance, power, surface, load-in path, operating window, and weather exposure with you. Venue approval and site rules remain with the event organizer and venue.
