Inside the First Christian Church Long Shot Challenge.

At this church fundraiser, Infinite Golf’s indoor enclosure sat beside the room’s tables and seating. Guests gathered outside the hitting area while a player faced the projected course. A separate display faced guests outside the enclosure.

The setup brings three parts of a golf simulator fundraiser into view: somewhere to play, somewhere to watch, and a place to present the prizes.

Choose the experience

One clear challenge. Room for everyone to join.

You do not need a full golf tournament to add golf to a charity event. Choose a short contest or relaxed play that fits your audience and the rest of the fundraiser.

01 / A target to aim for

Closest to the pin

Guests try to land a shot nearest the flag. A single target and a fixed number of attempts keep the contest easy to explain to occasional golfers as well as regular players.

See the closest-to-the-pin format

02 / A distance to beat

Long-drive challenge

Make distance the goal, with a defined scoring window and an award at the end. Your organizer chooses divisions, attempt rules, repeat attempts, and prizes for the audience.

A useful option when you want a featured competition within the evening.

03 / A turn at the simulator

Relaxed open play

Let guests take turns without entering a contest. This can fit a gathering where conversation, food, or an auction is the main attraction and golf is another way to participate.

Keep turns short when guests are joining between other activities.

Fit golf into the whole event

Plan the swings around your fundraiser.

The Humansville Fall Festival Fundraiser shows a different setting: an outdoor simulator station with guests gathered around it. Whether your event is in a church hall or outdoors, these are the decisions to make before play begins.

  1. Choose how guests take part.

Your organizer decides whether play is open, sponsor-hosted, or linked to a contribution. The organizer controls donations, issues receipts, and maintains donor records; Infinite Golf operates the simulator. Permits, venue approvals, and donor obligations stay with the organizer.

  2. Keep the challenge easy to explain.

The organizer owns attempt rules and prizes. Make the entry method, number of swings, repeat policy, eligibility, tie-break process, scoring window, and prize terms clear before guests join the queue.

  3. Give sponsors a place in the event.

Tell us where you would like sponsor names or logos to appear. The organizer provides and approves sponsor material and prizes; the quote confirms what your chosen simulator package can display.

  4. Choose when to announce the winner.

Fit play around meals, auctions, and announcements. Decide who opens and closes entries, records results, resolves ties, and announces the winner. The fundraiser planning guide helps you organize those details.

Choose your package

Start with Birdie. Add Eagle for more guest and sponsor visibility.

Birdie starts at $450 and is the usual fit for a straightforward fundraiser challenge. It brings the hosted simulator experience to your event, with optional enhancements if you need them.

Eagle starts at $850 and includes a two-person event team, the Event Recap Collection, and exactly two large event displays. One supports Presentation View for a host-managed leaderboard and sponsor or logo presentation; the other provides local Spectator View so guests can follow gameplay. We can help you choose based on your audience, space, and sponsor plans.

Fundraiser FAQ

Golf simulator fundraiser rental questions.

How much does a golf simulator fundraiser rental cost?

Birdie starts at $450 and Eagle starts at $850. Both include up to four live event hours, with setup and teardown outside booked live time. 30 minutes of travel is included; anything farther requires a custom travel quote. Your date, venue, package, and any requested enhancements determine the final quote. Compare the current package inclusions.

Can the simulator be used at an indoor or outdoor fundraiser?

Yes, subject to the venue review. The First Christian Church photos show an indoor setup, while the Humansville photos show an outdoor event. We need to confirm room dimensions, overhead clearance, a suitable surface, power, access, and weather arrangements for your site. Send venue photos with your inquiry or start with our simulator venue checklist.

Who collects contributions and maintains donation records?

The organizer controls the contribution method, collects donations, issues any receipts, and maintains donor records. Infinite Golf's responsibility is operating the simulator experience defined in the booking.

Can guests purchase or earn repeat attempts?

The organizer may define a repeat-attempt model when it fits the fundraiser, venue, and applicable requirements. Attempt length and the expected queue should be tested first so the published rules match the available runtime.

How can a sponsor be incorporated?

Sponsors can be recognized in the challenge name, organizer-provided signage or prizes, standings updates, and announcements. Tell us what recognition you have in mind and share approved logos or other materials during quoting so we can discuss suitable display options.

Does the format require experienced golfers?

No golf background is required to understand a short target or distance challenge. The organizer should still choose rules, attempt limits, and any divisions that fit the audience, then communicate them consistently to every participant.
