The golf setup and host come to you

Equipment and a host

We bring the simulator, clubs, and balls. Your on-site host runs the equipment and helps guests take turns, from regular golfers to first-timers.

Up to 4 live event hours

Birdie starts at $450. Setup and teardown happen outside your booked live time. Additional live hours are $75 each, with the schedule confirmed during quoting.

Travel to your venue

30 minutes of travel is included; anything farther requires a custom travel quote. Start with your date and city, and add the venue if you have one in mind.

Make it your kind of party

Keep the format simple enough to join, competitive enough to remember

A bachelor or bachelorette weekend can bring regular golfers, occasional players, and first-timers together. Short closest-to-the-pin challenges, team play, or relaxed open play give the group a shared activity that can fit around dinner, photos, and transportation. We help choose the format from your group size and schedule.

Choose turns over a full round

Short challenge attempts give each guest a clear entry point and make scorekeeping easy to understand from the sidelines. Team play can reduce pressure on newcomers, while open play leaves room for guests who want another swing between scheduled moments. The final format is confirmed from the headcount and live-event window.

Plan for the people watching, too

Not everyone needs to swing for the activity to feel social. A simple challenge and short turns let friends cheer each other on. If you want an external display for scores or gameplay, mention it in your quote request so we can recommend the right package or optional enhancement.

A simple first step

Start with your date and city

You can request a quote before every detail is settled. Add the venue and a rough guest count if you know them; we can work through these details together.

Group
A rough guest count, how many people may want to play, and whether the group includes beginners.
Venue
The venue or setting you have in mind. Before booking, we confirm space, access, power, venue approval, and any outdoor weather alternative.
Schedule
Your preferred play window and any dinner, transportation, speeches, or photos already on the schedule.
Competition
Individual challenges, teams, relaxed open play, or a prize idea. We can help you choose if you are unsure.

See our Southwest Missouri service area. Share the venue address so we can confirm setup and travel details. It can follow your initial quote request.

Choose your setup

Birdie is the usual party starting point

The Birdie package starts at $450 for up to 4 live event hours. It suits groups who want hosted golf, simple competition, and time together. We confirm the package and play format around your venue and schedule.

Birdie includes the simulator experience and one on-site host. Optional displays, event media, and a second host can be discussed during quoting.

Eagle starts at $850 for up to 4 live event hours, with two large event displays, a two-person event team, and the Event Recap Collection included. Consider it when you want the golf setup to play a more prominent role in the celebration.

Party questions

Questions before you book

Can guests participate if they do not play golf?

Yes, the event can center on short, easy-to-follow challenges rather than a full round. Share the group's experience mix so the proposed format does not assume everyone knows golf rules.

Can simulator time fit around dinner or transportation?

Yes. Share any dinner, transportation, or other fixed times you already know. You do not need a finished itinerary to request a quote; we confirm the live-event window and play format with you before booking.

Should the group play individually or in teams?

Either can work. Teams can make a mixed-experience group feel more collaborative, while individual attempts create a simple leaderboard. Headcount and available time determine which rotation is practical.

What does the venue need to approve?

The venue controls its own access, placement, power, weather, and operating requirements. Include the venue contact and known restrictions so setup details can be confirmed during quoting.
